About Jeff Black Real Estate Team

Established in 2019, the Jeff Black Real Estate Team is the brain child of Jeff Black and Travis Coffey. For 15+ years, Jeff Black has served rural Virginia as a real estate agent. He has seen many other real estate agents come and go in his time. In 2015, Jeff recognized the need to modernize some of his processes in order to better serve his clients and remain viable for years to come. That's when Jeff hired Travis Coffey to help out on a seasonal basis. For more than a decade, Jeff had built countless relationship with the people of this area and has a great desire to continue to serve the community well for years to come. Over the last 4 years, Travis and Jeff worked together to determine how to best meet the needs of the people in a changing real estate environment. Therefore, by combining the wisdom, experience, and personality of Jeff Black with the business education, technological abilities, and drive for innovation of Travis Coffey, the Jeff Black Real Estate Team was born. Jeff Black is a licensed REALTOR serving Lexington, Buena Vista, Rockbridge County, Alleghany County, Covington, Clifton Forge, Bath County, and surrounding areas. Jeff has over 15 years of experience as a local real estate agent and he feels fortunate to live and work in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Jeff offers extensive experience with all types of residential, commercial, and land transactions. Clients love working with Jeff due to his down-to-earth nature and kind personality.

About Travis
Background:​

Travis Coffey is an unlicensed assistant for the Jeff Black Real Estate Team. Having been born and raised in rural Virginia, Travis has an added appreciation for the area the Jeff Black Real Estate Team serves. Travis was hired originally as an administrative assistant to perform basic office tasks and to help bring greater organization to the office. Since then, Travis has been promoted to Marketing Coordinator and has greatly expanded his contributions towards the Jeff Black Real Estate Team. Currently, Travis works to ensure that all clients receive high quality marketing for their properties by advertising on multiple digital platforms. Travis also has implemented several technologies that have allowed the Jeff Black Real Estate Team to remain a strong competitor in the real estate field.
